Yes. Care Growth ($1,000/month standard) sends review requests after paid jobs and keeps your Google Business Profile active. The next five new care-plan clients can get Growth for $700/month for 12 months, then $1,000/month, subject to the shared five-place offer. Missed-call rescue texts the caller within seconds from your text line, a separate number, saying you couldn't get to the phone and asking what they need. Their reply is forwarded to your phone, and you ring them back once you're free. One text per caller per day.

Yes. Outside the next-five-clients promotion, annual prepayment gives twelve months for the price of nine: Essentials is $7,200 up front instead of $9,600 in monthly payments, and Growth is $9,000 instead of $12,000. That saves 25%. Annual prepayment cannot be combined with the next-five-clients promotion. Cancellation and refund terms are recorded in your agreement.

Yes. Care plans run month to month with no lock-in: give 30 calendar days' written notice, starting when you send it, with no extra billing-date cutoff or exit fee. Prepaid service after the end date is refunded at the rate actually paid. Once a website build is paid for it is yours regardless. Social media plans work the same way. There are no lock-in contracts on any ongoing service.
