How much does a tradie website cost?
WebGecko's fixed-price website builds start at $1,800 for a one-page website. A standard 4–6 page website starts at $2,490, and a full website or online shop starts at $3,890. Optional extras and ongoing care are quoted separately. The online quote shows your scope and fixed price before work starts.
How long does it take to get a website live?
You get a fixed price in about 5 minutes from the online quote form, then a working preview of your actual site follows in days, not weeks. Sites go live within weeks of approval, once your domain, hosting and licence details are wired in.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once the build is paid for in full, the website is yours. WebGecko keeps ownership of the underlying tools and templates used to build it, but the finished design and content delivered to you belong to you.
What's included in a care plan?
Care Essentials ($298/mo) covers hosting, security, updates, uptime monitoring and edits when you need them, plus missed-call rescue so a caller you cannot get to gets a text straight back. Care Growth ($507/mo) adds an actively managed Google Business Profile and automatic review requests after paid jobs.
Do you do Google Business Profile?
Yes, as a $590 one-off setup: WebGecko claims your listing, verifies it, fills it out properly and wires it to your new site. Care Growth clients also get it kept active with regular posts on an ongoing basis.
Do you help with Google reviews?
Yes. Care Growth ($507/mo) sends a review request automatically after every paid job, and keeps your Google Business Profile active. As for reviews of us: we are a young studio, so the honest proof right now is the live client work above, not a stock testimonial. We are not going to invent a quote and a star rating to fill the space. Real reviews get added as they come in, verbatim.
What happens if I miss a call?
Missed-call rescue texts the caller back automatically within seconds, from the same number, letting them know you couldn't get to the phone and asking what they need. You call them back once you're free, instead of losing the job to the next business on the list.
Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way to buy it. Twelve months for the price of nine, so three months are free: Care Essentials is $2,682 for the year instead of $3,576, and Care Growth is $4,563 instead of $6,084. It is the same plan with the same terms, paid up front. There is still no lock-in either way, because the discount is for paying early rather than for committing to a term.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Care plans run month to month with no lock-in: give 30 days' written notice before your next billing date and there is no exit fee. Once a website build is paid for it is yours regardless. Social media plans work the same way. There are no lock-in contracts on any ongoing service.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes. WebGecko builds and manages websites for tradies and small businesses across Brisbane, Ipswich and the rest of Queensland, all delivered remotely through the same online quote, preview and portal process.
