What you'd ask on the phone.
Do I need a card to start?
The Free plan needs no card. For the A$49 monthly Post plan, enter your card at checkout to start a 14-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, A$49 is charged each month. One trial per eligible customer.
Does the caption sound like a robot?
Short and specific. It names the suburb and what you did. You read every word before it goes anywhere, and you can change any of it.
Which platforms are live?
Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, LinkedIn personal profiles, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok are available now. Google Business Profile posting has been tested successfully, and Google OAuth is in production. Google may apply connection limits depending on scope verification.
Is GST charged?
No. We are not GST-registered, so no GST is charged. Post is A$49 per month in Australian dollars.
Is it on iPhone?
Android today. iPhone comes once the Android app has paying tradies on it. If you're on iPhone, book the Get Found call and we run it for you in the meantime.
What happens to my posts if I stop paying?
They stay. Free limits new posts. You can export everything on any tier.
Whose photos are these?
Stock photos standing in for a tradie's work. Not customers, not ours. The screens are mock-ups of each platform, and the captions are examples written the way the app writes them.
