Delete your WorkPost account
Fastest way — in the app
Open WorkPost, go to Account → Settings → Delete account. It's immediate and permanent, and you don't need to contact anyone.
If you can't get into the app
Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- Every post, photo, video and voice note you've uploaded
- Your connected social accounts and their access tokens
- Your business records — clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and payments
All of it is removed permanently and there is no recovery — with one exception: if any of your customers replied STOP to a review-request text, we keep a record that the opt-out happened (not an identifiable phone number) so it stays honoured, as the Spam Act requires.
Two things to do first. If you have a paid WorkPost Pro
subscription, cancel it in your Apple or Google account — deleting your
account here can't stop store billing. And if you invoice through WorkPost,
export or save anything you need for your tax records, because we can't get it
back for you afterwards.
