Both plans include 45 minutes of website edits each month, with rollover under your agreement. Larger changes are quoted separately. Social media management is a separate service.

Choose Essentials for the running of your site

Care Essentials suits a business that wants its site hosted, backed up and kept current, with someone checking uptime. Use your editing allowance for agreed small updates such as service information, job photos or contact details.

Missed-call rescue is included in both plans. When a customer call is missed, the configured system sends a reply asking what they need, so you can continue the conversation when you are free.

Choose Growth for an ongoing local presence

Care Growth adds Google Business Profile activity and automatic review requests after paid jobs. These are ongoing tasks, rather than a promise of a particular search position or number of leads.

Google Business Profile setup is a separate one-off option at $590. Setup and ongoing profile activity are different services: the first establishes your profile, while the second helps keep its information and posts current. Reviews remain the customer’s choice and must reflect their experience.

Know the boundaries before you start

A care plan is separate from the one-off cost of designing a website. The monthly editing allowance is defined; it is not unlimited development. Booking systems, shop changes and new features may need their own quote.

Care plans run month to month, with 30 days’ written notice and no exit fee. Read the cancellation policy and service terms for your full agreement, including the handling of files and access when you leave.
