By requesting a report, you ask WebGecko to email it to you and keep your email, website and consent choice as a lead for up to 12 months. A copy goes to our team. Server copies of reports are kept for up to 24 hours; unrequested checks are then deleted. Emailed copies remain in the recipient mailboxes. We use Cloudflare for storage and Resend for email delivery. Reply to hello@webgecko.au to request removal or withdraw consent. Privacy policy.

How scoring works: each category is the weighted percentage of checks that passed (critical 40, high 20, medium 10, low 4). The overall score averages the enabled categories equally. Small business excludes QBCC; Off excludes readiness entirely. Unchecked items are excluded and coverage is shown. These are WebGecko checklist scores, not Google scores or a prediction of AI recommendations. We inspect the submitted page, robots.txt, one sitemap location and up to three eligible internal links. This is a sample, not a full-site crawl. We do not test rankings, form delivery, licence validity or vulnerabilities. Optional Google mobile lab results are separate from the checklist score. Security basics is not a security certification. JavaScript-only content and incomplete responses may need manual review.

We look at the page you give us, its crawl rules, its sitemap and a few of its links. Each area gets its own score.

  • SEO basics

    Titles, descriptions, headings, your sitemap and crawl rules, so Google can read what you do and where you work.

  • AI search readiness

    Clear business facts and structured data that AI answers can read. It checks the page, it does not predict what an AI tool will recommend.

  • Tradie readiness

    Can a customer on a phone find your number, tap it and ask for a quote? Plus your QBCC licence number, if you hold one.

  • Security basics

    HTTPS and the security settings a browser looks for. A basics check, not a security certificate.

  • Google phone speed

    Google's own mobile test, run on your page. Optional, and it shares your public page address with Google.
