Ma's Toilet Timer is a free, gentle timer to help little ones get to the toilet in time. Children deserve to grow up without being watched, profiled or sold to, so the app collects no data at all and never needs the internet.
Nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no third-party code that tracks, and no way to contact or locate a child. We do not collect names, email addresses, photos, voice, location, contacts, device identifiers or usage information.
Your timers and settings (such as the chimes and the countdown) are saved only on your device, so the app remembers them next time. They are never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.
If you allow it, the app uses your phone's own notifications so a timer can still ring when the app is closed. These are scheduled on your device by the app itself. Nothing is sent over the internet, and no push service is used.
Behind the grown-ups question, a grown-up can choose to send us a feature idea or tell us something isn't working. Only if a grown-up types a message and taps Send, we receive:
No name, email address, device identifier or location is sent. We use these messages only to improve the app, and never for advertising or tracking. If the device is offline, the message waits on the device until it can be sent. Please don't include personal details in your message.
Ma's Toilet Timer is made for families with little ones. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, it is designed with children's privacy laws such as COPPA (US), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act in mind.
