Ma's Games is all about taking care of our little people and giving them the best start in life. Children deserve to play without being watched, profiled or sold to, so we decided from day one that the app would collect no data at all and would never need the internet.
Nothing. Ma's Games has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no third-party code that tracks, and no way to contact or locate a child. We do not collect names, email addresses, photos, voice, location, contacts, device identifiers or usage information.
Your settings (such as balloon speed and sound) and whether the tutorial has been shown are saved only on your device, so the app remembers them next time. They are never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.
Every game and sound is built into the app. Ma's Games works without Wi-Fi or mobile data, and there are no links, ads or pop-ups that could take a child to the internet.
Behind the parent lock, a grown-up can choose to send us a feature idea or tell us something isn't working. Only if a grown-up types a message and taps Send, we receive:
No name, email address, device identifier or location is sent. We use these messages only to improve Ma's Games, and never for advertising or tracking. If the device is offline, the message waits on the device until it can be sent. Please don't include personal details in your message.
Ma's Games is made for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, it is designed with children's privacy laws such as COPPA (US), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act in mind. Everything a child can reach is offline and on the device.
Ma's Games is free to download. One optional purchase, made by a grown-up behind the parent lock, unlocks every game. The App Store or Google Play handles the payment: we never see your payment details, and the purchase isn't linked to anything about you or your child. There are no subscriptions.
If this policy ever changes, we'll update this page and the date above. We will never start collecting children's data.
